Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order. Your shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout. When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation message. You will also receive an additional email with tracking information.

We usually ship within 5-7 business day. We ship Monday through Friday only. Standard ground shipping is usually delivered in 5 to 7 business days. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or to military APO/FPO addresses.

Return Policy

Return your unworn purchase within 30 days for a refund. Please contact us stating the reason for your return. If your return has been approved you will receive a Return Authorization Number. Please note if you try to return your package without an Return Authorization Number it will be refused and sent back to you. You are responsible for all return fees. Return fees are non-refundable.

Items eligible for return must be: unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in its original packaging and in saleable condition. Original packaging includes plastic bags, shoe boxes, tissues paper, and dust bags, shoe trees and hang tags or labels, where applicable. Returns that do not meet these requirements are not eligible for return and will be shipped back to you and you will not receive a credit to your account.

If an item is not eligible for return, it will be indicated on the product information page within the sales event. Please note that items marked “final sale” or “clearance” cannot be returned.

The warehouse will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns. Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation. Depending on the credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post.

Defective or Damaged Items

Please open and inspect your order immediately on delivery. If you believe the item you ordered is defective or was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the problem. Claims for defective items must also be made within 30 days from the date your purchase was delivered to you to be eligible for return.

Return Contact and Shipping Label

To return an eligible item, please contact us and provide us with your order number and reason for return. You can print this shipping label and follow the instructions in the email to return your items. Once we have received the returned item and within 7 business days of receipt, we will send you an email confirming receipt.
